Originally served in a Chicago print shop.

Constructed of solid oak, very heavy duty.
Beautifully weathered and worn, shows the patina from a lifetime of use.
Slant top.
Original cast iron handles, read "The Tubbs MFG. Co. Ludington, Mich".
Drawers slide nicely, work as should.
Lovingly cleaned and conditioned, ready for use.
Useful and makes for a stunning display.

CONDITION
Very nice condition overall, shows it's age well.
Original worn work cabinet.
Scuffs, scratches, dings, dents, nicks/chips/splits in wood, old nail holes, wear to finish, staining, edge wear, etc.
Mends and repairs evident.
Some drawers have drill holes that were wood filled, from the drawer pull being moved.
Drawers all work nicely, as they should.
All drawers have center divider.
Variation in wood color (light and dark) from sun exposure over the years. (see pics).
Has been thoroughly cleaned and conditioned.
